These dreamily soft and subtly slubby stone-washed linen tea towels are the product of a collaboration with my silkscreen-printing sister-in-law Lorna @Under the Stairs. Hand-printed with a subtle charcoal print of my scampering handsome hare (is he late, late for a very important date with his favourite washer-upper?!)
You may find yourself thinking they’re far too lovely to use (I have had customers who’ve framed them and put them on the wall!), but you really should, because they’re top notch quality, and it’s in the kitchen that they really come into their own. A perfect combination of beautiful nature-inspired design and hard-wearing, practical linen ~ probably the best, most eco-friendly natural material for household textiles: more absorbant and far more sustainable than cotton, and it will last for generations.
